Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been received and confirmed.

UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail or other recognised courier services. Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.

For international orders, delivery availability, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the destination and are shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

Customers will receive dispatch or tracking information where tracking is available.
