1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Annova.biz website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the United Kingdom. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for them and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, Annova.biz will notify you via email with the status of your order:

  • If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days, Annova.biz will place your order on backorder and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please email us at customercare@annova.biz with your order number.
  • If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, Annova.biz will notify you that the order has been cancelled due to out-of-stock status.

All notifications will take place via email.

3. Product Descriptions & Images

All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All sizes and dimensions are approximate. Manufacturers may change product specifications without notice. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.

All product specifications, images, and other information published on our website have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or gathered from public-domain sources. However, Annova.biz cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

4. Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, apart from the following exception: while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by any method specified in our Payment Options section:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Switch for online payments. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

  • Gift Vouchers & Discount Coupons: You can redeem Discount Coupon(s) issued by www.annova.biz at the payment stage of your order. Once redeemed, the total order amount will be reduced by the total redeemed value. No cash alternative will be offered. Coupons are valid only for the period shown on each coupon and are subject to the terms stated on each coupon.

6. Fraud Protection

Annova.biz takes every effort to protect customers from the possibility of fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards. Our fraud prevention system actively scans orders for attempted fraudulent transactions. If we have any doubts regarding a transaction, we may contact you to reconfirm the order and payment by telephone or email. We may require certain details to validate the payment.

If Annova.biz suspects that there is a possibility of fraud, the goods will NOT be dispatched and the order may be cancelled. Annova.biz has a policy of working closely with the Police and will supply all information that may lead to the prosecution of anybody who attempts a fraudulent purchase of goods.

⚠ Important: In the case of online purchase of goods using Credit/Debit Cards, we deliver the goods to the Billing Address only.

7. Delivery

Delivery of Home Entertainment products (stock items) will normally be made within 3–5 working days from clearance of payment. Major domestic appliances are normally delivered directly from the manufacturers and may take up to 5 working days from clearance of payment. Delivery charges are for Mainland United Kingdom and Europe and are inclusive of VAT.

8. Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some limited circumstances. Please follow the instructions below to avoid a delay in processing your return.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of delivery for a credit or refund. The right to cancel your order can be exercised in writing or in another durable medium by emailing: customercare@annova.biz.

While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact, or you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods.
  • The supply of sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings, or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery is non-returnable.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium is non-returnable if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  • The only exception to the above is if the product is faulty or mis-described. Should this be the case, please contact our Returns Team at customercare@annova.biz.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Goods

You, the customer, are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact Annova by email or in writing should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective, or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made.

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest-cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest-cost shipping method.)

10. Return Procedure

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order. When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us (except where the product is faulty, in which case we will arrange for collection of the product). We can arrange to have the product collected, which will involve a charge payable by you. The exact charge for collection will be confirmed when you obtain your Returns Authorisation Number.

To request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#):

  1. Contact our Returns Team at customercare@annova.biz.
  2. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
  3. RA numbers will expire after 10 days; the item will not be accepted if returned after that timeframe.
  4. Include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box.)
  5. Return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product so the full value may be recovered if the product is lost or damaged.
  6. Retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost, we will not be liable for them.

Prior to agreeing to any return, we reserve the right to inspect the product at your home or premises if we consider this necessary. Please keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

11. Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers or store partners, Annova.biz shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

12. Manufacturer's Warranty

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads, etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage, and tuning of channels are not covered.

⚠ Important: The full cost of the service call will be charged to your credit card account if our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your product.

In the event of any faults arising during the guarantee period:

  • You shall be responsible for the return of any faulty goods in their original packing (or suitably packed) back to Annova.biz.
  • You shall be responsible for the collection of the repaired goods.
  • Where Annova.biz agrees to despatch the repaired goods, the method of packing and despatch shall be at Annova.biz's discretion. The goods shall be despatched at your risk and expense.
  • Notification of damage or non-delivery must be communicated to Annova.biz and the carrier within 3 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to carry out the repairs ourselves, through our agents, or return the goods for repair to the manufacturers at our discretion.

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

13. Limitation of Liability

If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods.

We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For our performance, time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.

14. Third-Party Links & Advertising

As a convenience to Annova.biz customers, the Annova.biz site may include links to other websites or material which are beyond its control. Annova.biz is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages on any other site outside the Annova.biz site.

The Annova.biz site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Annova.biz site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

15. General Provisions

  • We will endeavour to reply to your email within 1 working day.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
  • These Terms cannot be altered or suspended, permanently or temporarily, without the written permission of a member of the Board of Directors of Annova.biz.
  • These conditions are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
