We can make special arrangement for consignment over 200 - 1000 Kg.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are normally between 3 and 14 days subject to stock availability. We always contact you in advance by e-mail to advise you on which day we have dispatched your order (as long as we have stock and confirmed the goods are dispatched, your purchase should be with you in no more than two days). We are not able to say at which time of day an item will be delivered. You can track your order by
Tracking your DISPATCHED GOODS with the Carrier (at the bottom of Order History or Order Information).
If you have specific delivery requirements, then please contact us and we will do our best to help. Delivery other than our standard service may incur an excess charge.
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

Annova (UK) Ltd will send products by 2nd class post but cannot take responsibility for lost items where standard postage has been selected.
All items that are Recorded or Insured need to be signed for by the buyer or member of their household.
